Worst jimmy?s ive been too. Staff never gets order right. Sandwich never has complete meat. Just a horrible jj experience every... time i come?i love jimmy especially other locations but the management at this one has to do something immediately, because thislocation is not worth going to ill rather drive to New Orleans then deal with another bad order here and i live in slidell. Tried to eat here just now at 3:45 pm on a Saturday. No answer in the drive thru. Tried to go in and the door was locked. Cars... were steadily pulling up to the drive thru doing the same thing. As we were leaving, we saw a worker coming out the door with aWingstop bag. Read more
Basic no frills sandwich. Need to make more warm sandwiches and a better bread. Imagine if they had the subway bread selection... ???? I was asked "if I wanted french or wheat?" Stated wheat and explained what I wanted on it..when it was time to pay, Inoticed my sandwich ???? was square. When I inquired about this he stated " that's how our wheat bread comes." Walked in and immediately was welcomed! Both staff were friendly! This place was clean both behind and in front of the service... counter. They lived up to Jimmy John?s slogan Freaky Fast? and food was fresh!! Read more
Food is good but NOT worth the WAIT. First time I ordered delivery for as soon as possible, it took 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich... delivered less than 5 minutes away on a beautiful day. Thought I would give it another chance to see if it was just somethingthat would happen again, or if they were just really busy. So I tried it again today, another nice day outside. I did it as adelay order, so they had an hour to fill it and have it delivered less than 5 mins away. I was watching the tracker online, itleft before my 1:00 delivery time. Food left Jimmy Johns at 12:45. I called at 1:15 inquiring about the delivery and she saidits hard to find people that want to deliver. 2 stars for the food at least being good. But Terrible customer service and extreme slowness makes it not worth it anymore ?... gave them 3 chances and 2/3 visits the order was wrong and all 3 visits service was very slow. You?d think if they were takingso long the order would at least come out accurate. Total opposite of ?freaky fast?. Not coming back anymore. I've had Jimmy John's at numerous locations. At this location, the delivery takes quite a while and even then I was missing... parts of my order. The bacon tastes a little odd as well and doesn't taste that fresh. It wasnt terrible but I'm used to thefast and accurate service of their other locations that this one is just a disappointment.
