First time here. I ordered boneless medium, sweet southern heat, bone in plain fried wings, Cajun ranch fries and a cup of... macaroni and cheese. The boneless wings diddnt come breaded which was wierd. I had to ask if the bone in wings were breaded andthey said they could bread them for me. The medium is equivalent to a hooters hot wing. The southern sweet heat was good. Butnot spicy hot. The fries seemed to be a frozen fry with just ranch and tonys on them. The mac and cheese was exceptionallygood. I had the joy of eating their wings just a few hours ago. I purchased the honey bbq and the garlic parmesan flavor. I asked that... the wings be fried. Y'all they blew my socks off! They were well done and crispy ( i cannot stand when chicken wings areundercooked and they are slimey. The sauce was amazing. They definitely rival (and tasted better than) some bbq places from Ohiowhere i moved from. I waited all day to eat and glad that Louisiana Hot Wingz exceeded my expectations! This place won't just make you love their wings, it will make you appreciate the craft of cooking wings. Wings are like sushi.... It's a simple food that reflects the care given to each aspect of its preparation. The main hot sauce has that special level oftang that makes you want to take another bite. As for the bake, the skin is crispy, part of the restaurant's made-to-ordernature. That does mean you need to call a good deal of time ahead, so plan ahead. I have seen some reviewers complain that thewings are not jumbo-sized. If you want the most meat possible, get some fried chicken and dip it in hot sauce. I won't judge. Ifyou want great wings, the smaller ones are better. This improves the sauce, skin, and meat ratios, creating a dense flavorexperience. The menu has a focused but diverse selection of sauces, but I haven't been able to pull myself away from that mainhot sauce to try them yet. As with the hot sauces, there is a focused selection of simple yet well-thought-out side dishes. Afriend of mine got the chicken wrap and was able to get the jerk seasoning added to it. I'm looking forward to grabbing the BBQRanch Fries next time I go. If I had one suggestion, it would be for them to make their own blue cheese dressing. These wingsdeserve the best accompaniment. First time to visit. I ordered onion rings as well as medium hot wings. Both items were absolutely amazing. The rings were... perfectly fried in a flour batter, and the portion size is large. Great friendly customer service. The wings were OK. I can't say it was anything too special. The mild sauce taste just like... store brand Louisiana wing sauce (not saying that it is) just has that real tangy taste. The garlic parm wet was good but toobuttery. Over I'll give it a "C". The customer service was great. Everything was hot and fresh. I do think it's overpriced forthe taste. But I would recommend you try it since it is a local place. Read more
