My sister order Mcdonalds She didnt receive the kids meal and 2 orange fanta. I sent the problem to Mcdonalds saying "we didnt... receive these order" and it seem they didn't care. I try not to be hard on fast food employees. Goodness knows I'd never want to have to put up with what they do. That said, my... bar is really low, and I still manage to be disappointed sometimes. This visit, both employees I dealt with in the drive-thrulooked at me like a deer in the headlights, as though they'd never had to deal with a real live customer before. It took thefirst employee awhile just to find my order--which, to be fair to them, often happens because that app glitches a lot. Still,when I tried suggesting that I'd just give them my order, all they did was stare vacantly at me. The second person, also staredat me wide-eyed as they handed my bag over...and then, something I didn't realize til after I'd left, I didn't even get theright items. Maybe I'm just grumpy because I'd just finished driving 8.5 hours that day, but I hope by now they're used toseeing other human beings come through their drive-thru. Read more

Do not, let me repeat DO NOT go to this restaurant if you want fast food. The service at this restaurant is absolutely horrible....
