This is for the store on Pontchartrain Dr. in Slidell, La: If you ever want to feel invisible, walk inside and wait to order... your food. The girl working the register did every menial task she could do before she took any orders, and there were plenty ofpeople in line. She took her time, and made it obvious. My order was incomplete, and I waited to get it fixed but again, wasignored by the entirety of the staff. So, I walked out without the things I paid for. Very rarely do I give a 1 star review on aplace because things happen. But, when the lack of customer service is so apparent, and so intentional I feel like I don't havea choice. I will never set foot in this place again, and I recommend you don't either. There is another McDonalds a mile awayfrom here that wants your money more. Read more
