Worker saw us walk in, ignored us. Guess they expected us to use kiosk. Kiosk not working. Waited until finally someone came to... counter to take order. Food not hot, mildly warm. Place not busy due to construction outside its hard to get in here. Don'trecommend this one. Read more

The lady who I assume was a manager is truly unfit for service. She copped an attitude with me when I asked why my code for a... free fry wasn?t working, and did nothing to help the situation at all. Truly disgraceful; however, I went to the McDonald?s onOld Spanish Trail, and not only did I get use of my coupon code, but had phenomenal service as well. 1/10 for McDonald?s onGause. They get my order right, more often than any other fast food place in the Slidell/ Pearl River area. That is saying a lot. I... have big orders. They do better than canes and all they sell is chicken. Read more
I was originally upset about sitting in a pickup spot for 15 minutes and then having a young man with an attitude that matched... mine bring my food to me....after I went through the drive thru to inquire about it. This was 9 pm tonight. However, the manageron duty really conducted herself and the situation in such a manner that really turned the situation around. Phenomenal customerservice skills, even during a rush. McDonald's, she is an asset to your company. Thank you!!! Read more
Slowest service ever from McDonald's. Stood in line alone - no customers in front or behind me - and staff walk by and near me... but not one made eye contact or reached out. After about 4 minutes, staff looked and said "I'll be right with you". Finallyasked for my order and then could not explain the special I inquired about. I ordered it anyway and it turned out to cost morethan the combo. She then explained it costs more because it includes a toy. I cancelled my order and left. I called the 800number to complain and left a vmail. Went back in later for coffee. There was a line-up in front of me but my order was takenaccordingly. After placing order waited about 4-5 minutes to receive coffee. It was 12:15 PM and store was a little busy.Cashier also leaned on counter at cash while customers decided what to order. Not a good look. Nice people but they need toimprove their service. Service is well below other McDonalds. Read more
This has to be the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to in my life!! I was the ONLY person inside (besides the people who were... already eating) and walked out after about six minutes of being ignored. Several people walked by and made eye contact with me,two I even asked about taking my order, and not a single person acknowledged that I was there. I finally walked out and went toWendy's, which was a much better experience. Read more
The food was hot and delicious. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese, fries, and an iced coffee. I wanted the iced coffee... without the sugar pumps and they accommodated me. Read more
