I don?t complain about food, ever. But this is ridiculous. This is not a sweet chook chicken sandwich. The chicken is half... the size it has always been. There is literally more cheese than chicken. This bun is just?.. funny. Outback doesn't servebuns like this. And these fries are the farthest from Outback fries I can imagine. Definitely frozen. If you can?t make themenu item, just say so. Bad service. This place is against outback standards. - Steak wasn?t chewy because of huge veins, - manager sit us on the bar... while the place was about 1/5 full of its capacity, - didn?t offer welcome bread with butter. Read more
Service was good, food was tasty. We had lunch portions of coconut shrimp and bloomin fried chicken. The shrimp were huge, as... usual. The chicken portion was rather small but was juicy and nicely seasoned. The mixed vegetables in both our dishes wereperfectly cooked and lightly seasoned. Overall, a very satisfactory meal! Read more
Sunday July 31, 2022. Bill was $50. IMHO.... The food at Outback Steakhouse is not that great. Immediate seating was... available...meanwhile next door at Texas Roadhouse there's a line outside of the building. Both of these steakhouse chainrestaurants are themed. One thing to remember is one of the Texas state motto's...."everything is bigger in Texas". You mightpay a few dollars more at Texas Roadhouse than Outback Steakhouse but there is a reason....quality and value a.k.a "bang forbuck"! Read more
Love coming to the Outback Slidell service is always a 10. This time i got Cameron, he was so sweet so attentive. Even my... children had to comment on how awesome the service was. He was just so pleasant. Very easy going and constantly checked on usbefore and after we received our food. The entire experience was really just amazing. Would definitely recommend and willdefinitely be back again. First one star I have ever given I try and find the good in all places but this place sucked I ordered a rare porterhouse was... well done I was so hungry by the time I got it I just ate it my wife's food was completely cold and she ordered the lobstertails even her baked potato was cold will never eat here again only thing that was ok was the coconut shrimp and they were overcooked not happy with wasting a hundred dollars ?????????????? This location reminded me of what I enjoy about Outback: affordable steak experience with top notch service. If you haven't... tried the Blooming Onion Shrimp, you are doing yourself a grand disservice. Plus, I'm still dreaming about that SweetPotato. My service was satisfactory and quick, but it would've been better if my waitress didn't have to bartend (and I was notsitting at the bar). Overall, a nice lunch spot. Read more
