Stunning ambience with outstanding New Orleans food, a very nice wine list, and the best service we had over five days stay. The... crab cake was perfect. The salad with kale and beets was really fun. The trout on the dean is one of the top I have had. ThePontchartrain catch was really fun of blackened, grouper, shrimp, over winter vegetables. Outstanding! Again. The wine menu wasshort and sweet, but it was fairly priced and picked to go with the food obviously. We would go back. May even make a specialtrip to go back again. Read more

My husband and I visited Friday evening around 7pm. Palmetto's is a casual semi fine eatery. Attire does not require a suit... jacket. The food is 100% A+ Grade. There were no wait times but we did have reservations and the restaurant was full so I wouldsuggest reservations for dinner during busy times. The setting is large open rooms with clean white linen table cloths, silverutensils, well lit warm lighting, beautiful old draft windows and, for our visit, a harpist playing softly. It’s Jazzy. Ienjoyed it , and will visit again. Read more

Food and atmosphere were fantastic. We found you last year while traveling from Colorado and made a point to come back last... weekend. The only thing that could have been better was the service. We were there at a fairly slow time and were left sittingfor quite awhile after the waitress first welcomed us. I finally headed to the bar after about 15 min and she saw me and thenstarted helping us with our order. I understand things come up, just make sure you let people know what is going on and thatwill go a long way in our book. Read more

Went for brunch for my parents 56th wedding anniversary. Beautiful scenery, great food, relaxing atmosphere, nice jazz band for... brunch, good drinks. All in all a wonderful experience. We had an amazing waitress named Lauryn. She suggested great drinkchoices and took time with us and my elderly parents who get a bit overwhelmed by menu choices and newer surroundings. I wish wewould have been there in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the beautiful lights outside. I will be going back here again verysoon. Parking is on a graveled surface, so if you’re in heels you may want to get dropped off at the door. Read more

I took my parents here for their 56 anniversary. This was such a great experience. The food was excellent but the customer... service from Lauryn was amazing. The hibiscus mimosa is a must try. The oysters were fried to perfection. The pork belly wasgreat. The trout fish sandwich was good. Also the crab artichoke dip with the fresh toasted crackers is a must have. Thescenery was breath taking and the jazz band for brunch was a nice touch. I will definitely go back. Read more

My, daughter, and I went for a Sunday Jazz Brunch. The gumbo was fantastic! The aesthetic on the deck was great. Lots of fans so... the heat was bearable. Highly recommend! Read more

Outdoor deck seating is upscale but relaxed. Great atmosphere and service for brunch. Crab cake eggs benedict is delightful,... hollandaise sauce was traditional but light and whipped. Appetizers were appropriately sized for 4 people to split withoutruining appetite for your main course, pork belly was delightful. Read more
