This is the best fast food restaurant I?ve been to yet! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by an employee working... hard cleaning up but stopped to welcome me. Was told to be safe by the manager when I was about to leave! And just before I gotto the door to walk out another employee hollered out to have a good night! Normally a great location because it's better than the other down by the diner on Gauze. Just watch for the long lines,... sometimes going in is 100% better. Everyone treats you like family when you do. Read more
When dealing with the service industry now a days there are definitely some concessions to be made. TURKEY Customer service is... something that should never be taken lightly. TURKEY When the kitchen is playing around without regard of the customer itdoesn't instill confidence in the product. TURKEY I don't want to eat food handled by people playing games. Manager Nicollete was extremely rude! I was given the wrong order the week before so I called and spoke to a manager named... Michelle who was very nice, she told me to bring my ticket in whenever it was convenient and she would write it in the book.Michelle was on vacation and another manager named Nicolette didn't want to give me my order. She slammed the ticket down on thecounter and told me I can come back when Michelle is here if I don't like it. She made me purchase the two large sides that camewith my order. That should have been complimentary for the inconvenience that I went through and not to mention my order was$40. This woman Nicolette needs to go to customer service class, anger management class or be downgraded because she sure doesnot know how to speak to a customer or treat a customer. I do not know how she got in that position, but whoever is over her,she needs to be fired! Read more
Rude rude rude rude rude. Whoever was working the drive through window on 08/15/2022 at 6:50 pm needs to be fired for being the... rudest person on the drive through speaker. I simply asked for the specials and she was so nasty and rude, I left. I will calland try to speak to the store manager asap. I called and asked for the manager and she said this is the manager. 9 out of 10 times my order is through Grubhub but I always have to call to request honey be included since it?s not offered... through Grubhub. They are always happy to oblige and very nice?also the only Popeyes that actually always answers the phone! lol Read more
