This is usually my go to smoothie king but not today! My experience was horrible today. In the drive through I order 2 angel... food slim 20oz (mainly because I have the rewards 2 for $8). After telling associate my order she did repeat MEDIUM and Ipolitely said 20 ounces. I don?t know where the mix up was from 20 oz to medium but I pull up and she says $18 and scans soquickly I look at the receipt and see it?s for 2 32 ounce smoothies and it used one of my $2 rewards which made it $16. I wasreally upset when I asked her about it she never apologized instead she stated well I repeated it back you did and was WRONG Inicely said 20 ounces! So I at this point I want a refund because I went in kind of spending a little over $8 not $18. Well Ican?t get a refund because I used my app and didn?t have my card with me there was no way to cancel the transaction at all so Iwas stuck with the 2 enormous smoothies that I didn?t ask for and still with no apology! I will NOT return EVER that washorrible and I am not one to even write a horrible review but this type of service was just rude! It would have been differentIf I know I would have mistakenly said medium but I didn?t and also had she apologized but she did not! It wasn?t my fault itwas yours! Read more

I just left the smoothie king by Marcos pizza on Gause Blvd & the young girl who helped me was phenomenal! There?s not enough... words to describe how nice she was but even my 13 year old son commented on how more drive thru places need people like her.(This is coming from a teen boy, who doesn?t care about much). She was helpful, kind, friendly, had such a positive attitude &genuinely wanted to help. So many young people in fast food service positions these days are so rude like you are aninconvenience to them but this girl was remarkable. I did not get her name but I wish I would have. Went to get a smoothie, I am a first time customer, and I will not be back. We started by ordering a wellness smoothie and... didn't realize it had caffeine in it and asked them to not make it. We then pulled back around to try again and we were beinglaughed at by multiple people on the microphone. These employees made your company lose 20 dollars in sales, and no tellinghow many other people left in the same manner. I've never had such a confusing time ordering something, as you cannot justorder a smoothie without many questions you must answer as well, which they don't tell u it will cost more by saying yes tosome of the questions. I will go to your other location and try again and tell them what happened as well. You NEVER laughat a customer! Read more

Drive thru is always quick at this location and I was in line approximately 2-3 mins. (7.5.19) Received our smoothies quickly,... and it was $5 Friday!! Customer service is great at this location as well! Love my angel food skinny!???? Read more

Worst smoothie king!!! They can never make my order right! I asked for a chocolate gladiator with peanut butter smoothie and... ended up with a really thick milkshake type drink that tasted like warm peanut butter! No where near the texture of a smoothie!It also gave me a horrible stomach ache so god only knows what was in it! Read more
