I come here on my lunch break once a week at least to get mozzarella sticks. I ask for ranch (not marinara because it gives me... acid reflux). About 3/4 times when I order it I get marinara? not ranch. Read more
Red Bull slushie and pickle burger were just okay.
My second time going to this location and both times I was disappointed. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with Onion rings... and a slush drink. My Combo came with a small Onion ring. (Only 4 onion rings and I wasn?t asked what size) The Onion Rings wererubbery and cold. My burger was great and the slush wasn?t slush ice. It was a drink. After eating the best Onion Rings at aSonic located in Covington, I was so anxious to taste them again. Until I went to this location. There was no comparison. Ithink I?m going to change locations. Employees need to know you cook Onion Rings to order. Not give left overs that has beensitting somewhere on the heat shoot. Read more
So I went to this Sonic because I was trying to redeem rewards off app and place another order but the app wasn't working it... kept getting stuck on checkout screen. After I arrived I attempted again without success. So I hit the button and told the girlmy issue but was told they aren't afflicted with the app and have nothing to do with it, therfore they can't help me with therewards or give me the item at that price. I've never heard a food chain say they aren't afflicted with their app. Who runs itthen? Stephen was my car hop tonight and he was so professional and nice. So was the woman taking my order. They got everything right... and made me feel okay changing my order because the kids wanted something different after it was made. The food was great too!I've worked in customer service, some in restaurants, for years and I always appreciate great service with the food. Thanksy'all! Just like most sonics, the food is always hot and seemingly fresh at this sonic. I mean served HOT AND DELICIOUS. I'm not a fast... food guy but this is possibly one of the only fast food place I'll eat. My kids of course prefer McD's so we frequent there butthe biggest bang for your buck is sonic. Portions sizes are great, delicious HOT served food and 1 million plus different drinkcombinations! What's not to love Read more
