This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the metro area. The staff is always friendly and smiling, drinks are always perfect.... This is a very busy location, yet your drink it always ready for pick up when you get to the cafe. The management has done agreat job with the staff and making sure the store is tan very organized. The only time I waited was on the special free red cupday, yes it was busy, it took 30 minutes for my drink, but that?s ok, the staff was working as hard as they could and theymanaged to get it done. Well, it's a starbucks. They're always out of the Blonde roast for whatever reason and they always try to trick me with... replacing cold brew with iced coffee, but otherwise a nice starbucks. Always busy, be prepared to wait (not to the staff'sfault, it's just really that busy). Read more
What is it about Starbucks that is so crazy amazing? I?m no coffee lover, but my friend just had to stop here? to get some... caffeinated concoction and burn his mouth? and love it at the same time. I ordered a plain black coffee. It was nasty and had granules in it. It was also so hot I had a hard time just sipping it, so I... asked to have a couple of ice cubes put in it. The young lady put in half a scoop of ice. It ended up cold and I threw it away.A 5.00 waste. Read more

Awesome place. Very cooperative staff. They serve you with a smile. They have a drive through and the server is very... understanding. They serve you patiently. Ample parking space outside. Used to my favorite starbucks in Slidell. Lately service has gotten noticeably worse and i find myself waiting 20+ minutes for a... simple mobile order. Probably the only Starbucks that's worse than this one is the Starbucks at Town Center. Read more
