I refuse to go into this location again. I get the same sandwich every time I go, and I order it exactly the same way. The... younger woman working here is rude, and doesnt have one ounce of customer service in her. She not only made my sandwichincorrectly but then blamed me for her doing it wrong saying I wasn't paying attention. Then she began to make it wrong AGAIN,and said I ordered wheat bread. No.. I didnt, I haven't ordered a wheat sandwich in my life. There were lots of eye rolls, Icould barely hear her, and she nearly got a serious lesson in customer service with her attitude. The other woman always getsmy sandwich correct and always thanks me for coming in. They seem like a family of associates, and they talk way too much aboutthe problems of the other associates. The younger woman needs to either be retrained or terminated. I get everyone has baddays, but your bad day doesnt get to determine your level of customer service. Ive been in retail for a decade. Subway is Subway. What can I say about it. It wasn't anything I could brag about but at the same time it wasn't at all bad.... The one problem I have is with their website. A couple of weeks ago my wife spotted a charge on our debit card out of New Yorkand disputed the charge. Ever since we have been unable to order from their site. We even added another card number and it wasdenied. And that reminds me....I need to call Subway and straighten out this matter. This was a waste of money , never will I Online order again , I bought 3 sandwiches 2 footlongs and 1 six each the 6 inch was... not what I ordered to be put on it couldn't even find the turkey that was supposed to have been on it , the, the 2 steak andcheese lol had no cheese, couldn't find the green peppers that was supposed to have been on its . The ladies working here are sweet and they always get my order right, but the store is perennially understaffed so the service... time is SLOOOOOOW. Allow some extra time to get your order but tip them good because they are hustling. It's not their fault.They could use some help. Read more

Love this subway! The lady that is literally working every time I go in is the sweetest and even remembers what I like even if... it's been weeks. She deserves a raise ???? ???? It's hard to come by great customer service these days but she's awesome! Read more

I would like to know who the owner is of this location. My friend and I were refused service because my friend is a disabled... veteran and had an active service dog with him. Ed Barnes, the employee who refused service to us, told us that we were beingrefused service because my friend is a disabled veteran with a need for a service dog! I go to this subway location at LEASTonce a week. We come in there ALL THE TIME and have never ever been refused service, nor has the dog, who is always with us,ever caused a problem. People are always so excited to see all the things lol the service dog can do. What really gets me themost about this is that Subway boasts online about how they help veterans dintergrate into community I WILL NOW START EATINGAT JIMMY JOHNS! Read more

The place is understaffed and it?s really really slow. Service could have been faster but the cashier spent a solid 15 minutes... telling a customer about her morning, venting about how she messed up an order. It was extremely awkward. The customer was beinggraceful but clearly felt uncomfortable. She even simplified her order to help the cashier. I followed suit since there was along line building behind me. Won?t be going back any time soon. Spent half my lunch break just waiting for a sandwich. Read more

I went in this Subway after masks were mandated again in the STATE. No sign on the door to wear a mask?. With covid on the rise... again?. NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK. I wore a mask. Staff not very friendly. & The Manager is the worst every review I?ve readabt the Manager being rude to ppl. That is true. & if the staff is complaining & talking bad abt ppl it?s bc of poor management.I will never visit this Subway again. Read more
