The worst designed parking lot / drive thru. Drive thru blocks people into the parking lot. This location also charges extra for... fresco. I have to pay extra for tomatoes if I remove cheese and sour cream?They literally screwed up every single item on myorder adding cheese and sour cream. My first order was cancelled and it took 45 minutes to get my food. The worst service ever.Go somewhere else to save the hassle. Read more
This is the very worst experience my wife and I have ever, yes ever had. Walked in to dine in. Waited about five minutes then a... lady told another younger girl you have a customer and I'm not telling you every time! The younger girl walking up talking toher selfish no phone! Head looking down, can I take your order. I started to look lower at her face, pulled her cap down more. Iwalked to my left, she pulled the cap down more. Bad experience. The taco meat was juicy and soaked the shells, so, they broke broke soggy. What a mess. Also the the taco... wrapings were not marked Super Taco or regular taco. Read more
Taco Bell lately has been on point lets go. Drive thru design is kinda messy. Once youre in line and someone comes behind you... get stuck even if you dont want to eat there anymore. So be wary about that. It gets busy but TB recently has been killing itand it takes quicker than it use to at some points. Read more
Don't go inside, they heavily favor the drive thru and had over 20 minute ticket times with an empty dining area. Employees have... no sense of urgency and were chatting with each other instead of working. Kitchen was visibly dirty and nothing was stocked inself service center. Read more
Terrible they poison my daughter she was throwing up all night. They had employees taking clothes off in the lobby. Outside... relaxing while the line was rapped around the building. That was one horrible experience for my first time buying food there. Read more
This location is not the one to go to. The cleanness of it is terrible, the employees move with absolutely no intensity or care... about their work. It took my 20 minutes to get 6 tacos and 2 drinks without a single word or smile from an employee. Food washardly over room temperature too. I also witnessed an employee with rubber gloves on leave the kitchen, open the outside door,take a meal to a customer in the car, adjust her pants/belt line, open the outside door and return to the kitchen withoutchanging the rubber gloves. Having bare hands and washing them would be more hygienic. Even being new to the city and being myfirst visit to this restaurant I will not be returning back to this location. Read more
