The most RUDE employee tonight informed me that "they ain't got no frosties" and that I have to go through the app for a refund... after I made a mobile order. Instead of 2 frosties and a medium fry, I received only an oversalted small order of fries for justunder $8. When I asked why they couldn't refund me, she slammed the window. I find it to be extremely ridiculous to wait in line for 40 minutes in a drive thru. If your staffing issue is that bad then... you should close the store Until you can serve your customers Who are expecting their fast food to be at least relatively fast. Read more
One of the worst wendys I've ever been to. Manager always has a bad attitude. You can hear her cussing and yelling at employees... through the drive thru window. They're extremely slow and constantly get orders wrong. For a drive thru that's so slow theyresno reason to be getting orders wrong, not giving straws, forks, dipping sauces, etc. Absolutely horrible representation of thewendys chain. Read more
Service was great and the food was better. I got the Baconator and for the first time in years the bacon was actually... crispy. Edit: I think they lost a good manager since my last post. I walked a mile to eat and I was demanded to use the kiosk soI did what I do best and walked out headed to McDonald's where they gladly took my order. Read more
This location management is not up to par this place needs management assistance. The price is for starters are outrageous and I... know what they're going to blame it on inflation but if you pay these prices you should get a better quality of food. The customer service at the counter was great, the guy taking and putting together our order was the best part of the meal.... After that, my spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, the fries were cold and there was food all over the kitchen floor thatneeded to be cleaned up. Read more
This Wendy?s is phenomenal! The cash registers were down but the workers here had it all under control! They had a system that... was quick and easy even though the registers were out of commission! Very impressed with their adjustments on the fly! Youcannot beat the $5 Biggie Bag at any other fast food supply chain!
