Bunch of clowns working there at 7pm on a Sunday night. It was October 30th of 2022, I like being specific so management can... check to see who was working. After standing there for ten minutes waiting on an Uber Eats pick up some girl approaches metrying to tell me they need to do this and that to basically screw over my customer. Because the customer ordered nachos and getthis but it would take 30 minutes to thaw out the meat for that so they were going to substitute it for steak but they made themistake of asking me the driver! See I cannot approve something like that as it's not really my order and I don't pay for it butI also won't really know what you put in the bag if you don't tell me. So don't tell me ????! That or maybe get on the littletablet they give you and like refund the customer and cancel the order instead of expecting independent contractor drivers to doyour job. Not only that but it's a huge waste of my time and the customers to even let the app continue to pull in drivers toyour store, wasting their gas money, because you cannot be bothered to train people how to cancel a customer who ordered itemsthat were out of stock! My supreme black bean taco had maybe 4 black beans and only lettuce lol. The potatoes in my crispy potato taco were burnt little... crisps and the torilla was stale and moldy. I definitely won't be back. Which is sad because I used to love taco bell ???? Ihope you guys can get it together. Read more

This taco bell has become absolutely horrible over the past view months, out of all this mishaps typically associated with fast... food this is the worst restaurant. Today was the 6th time I had visited the drive through over the past few months and yet againmy order was completely wrong, they won't give you enough sauce packets so you can have at least one per item and when you askfor more at the window they have an attitude and tell you they no longer give extra sauce packets. The order they gave me hadI'm guessing it was supposed to be a burrito, hard to tell as it was completely unwrapped leaking and soaking through thewrapper. They raise the prices yet food, and service go down the drain, this is a joke and the worst taco bell in the country Iswear. I hope taco bell wipes this restaurant clean and starts over. Read more
