They are very slow. The employees move with no sense of urgency. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and coffee.
Service could be a whole lot better. Kinda tight in a bad way with the customers. I have even seen the staff get into shouting... matches with the customers more then once. Unusual for a DD. We frequently stop at this DD and order the dark roast but theynever have it and we settle for the regular coffee. Last week we asked a manager why no dark roast (black silk) and he said theyonly serve dark roast on a holiday but he could not tell me what holidays. Just check your coffee to see if was prepped asordered. Frequently it is wrong. It seems to me that it is a combination of language, masks, poly carbonate shield and background machinery noise that results in wrong orders. In the future we will be stopping at one of the DD?s on state 17 instead. Read more
Slowest dunkin ever, overpriced, like 40% over others, non participating in dunkin app or points, never enough help and most... aren't proficient in English and not very polite or professional. 5 people waiting, inb5 minutes, only completed 1 order,sorry, my time is to valuable to me. Avoid unless you are purposely wasting time. Waited in line for ten minutes then waited another ten to get nothing more... complicated than a cup of coffee. When I saw the staff preparing the drink of someone who had ordered after me, I realized thatthey had forgotten about my order and asked them about it. Only then did they take the thirty seconds required to pour mycoffee. Read more
If I could give less than one star, in fact less than zero, I would. I had the worst possible customer service at this Dunkin... Donuts and would encourage everyone not to go here at all. First, I waited over 20 minutes on line to order which isunacceptable especially for a rest station dunkin because everyone needs to be places. Second, the cashier got my order wrongand didnt bother to confirm my order which is something you should do if you think you didnt hear the order correctly. I orderedthree drinks total, two were black iced coffees and the third was the iced summer batch coffee. When I received my order, allthree drinks looked the same. They had the same color and it was really hard to distinguish each drink. So, I asked the workerwho gave me the drinks which drink was which. She gave me so much attitude then proceeded to walk away rolling her eyes. Thiscustomer service is unacceptable. I understand you may be having a rough day but that is not an excuse to be treating someone ina rude manner. Dunkin please teach your workers good customer service. Read more
This Dunkin' location is the perfect quick stop for coffee and that's exactly what I stopped to get. I was in and out in 5... minutes ..literally since there was no line and plenty of parking. I chose donut holes..glazed, old fashioned, and blueberryglazed. As always, they dont disappoint. Read more
