Busy store, restroom and few tables available for dine in.
The main cashier was very rude. My friends and I stopped by and had some talks and laughs but he didn?t allow it, saying this... place has to be kept quiet. We are not in a library or a church, don?t really understand why we cannot have chats in a coffeeshop. We even heard a couple of things more from him after then but don?t really want to waste my time more on this cafeissue. But Im 100% sure it was the worst service Ive ever had in my whole ilife. We stopped on our way back from a strenuous hike. One of our hiker was severely exhausted. I needed to get an electrolyte drink... and some food quickly. I suppose the owner instantly obliged and even before the entire order was placed and paid for. Weappreciate his kindness very much. Read more
I never leave reviews nevertheless, poor ones but the Indian man that works here mainly at the register has to be one of the... worst customer service workers I?ve ever met. He had such a horrible attitude no matter the time or day you come in. He refusedto give me butter for my bagel twist even though I said I would obviously pay for it and my mini pancakes were stale and tasteddisgusting. I didn?t even eat them. What a waste of money. I do not get why dunkin is having so many issues getting orders correct?! This place is clean and our beverages were not bad... but they certainly weren't what we asked for. Please read the labels a bit more careful. Thanks! Read more
Ordered a Brown Sugar ice coffee. They took my order charged me then told me they no longer have that. They then tried to sell... me something else and I just asked for a refund which was apparently quite a hassle. Read more
