Stopped here for the first time ever eating at a Jack's restaurant. The food was good but the service was terrible. We felt like... we were not wanted. Not a friendly smile, have a nice day or your welcome after we said thank you. My family and I will nevereat here again. Read more
Decent food. Ok for a quick bite. Check to make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving.
First time I got 3 pc chicken finger. Boy was I shocked , my French fries were bigger than the chicken fingers . Never again.
Most of the time the deep fried foods are over done...crispy and dried out. Once I ordered a side of slaw for 1.79 and there was... less than 1 tablespoon in the container. So disappointed.The first time I ate at Jack's in Slocomb the food and service was good but today it is terrible. I should have... went to Bojangles when I was in Dothan.I ordered the nuggets and fries .I said I wanted fresh cooked and I did not mind waitingbut apparently my request did not matter The two little girls that waited on me definitely need some training in dealing withthe public they were not helpful or even concerned that I had gotten bad service from them.I heard one of them say"well Idropped those fries for nothing" and then continued to talk bad about an experience with a customer I think the night before andhow she almost walked out.
