Decent food. Ok for a quick bite. Check to make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving.
First time I got 3 pc chicken finger. Boy was I shocked , my French fries were bigger than the chicken fingers . Never again.
Most of the time the deep fried foods are over done...crispy and dried out. Once I ordered a side of slaw for 1.79 and there was... less than 1 tablespoon in the container. First time ever eating at Jacks and probably the last. They are a little slow and easily became behind with the small amount of... people that placed orders. Food was alright, just kinda weird they used chicken tenders for the chicken sandwich when it'ssupposed to be chicken patty-like. No fork to eat the salad I ordered, no napkins either or ketchup that I asked for and my sonordered double fries and he only got about 10 fries in his plate??????????? Customer service could be better, they are slightlyrude. Needs better management/leadership. Read more
Went through drive through for breakfast got chicken biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit 2 coffees. Went down the road... headed to Panama City Airport and didn't have bacon ,egg and cheese biscuit. Too busy playing around and talking to do their joba simple order but didn't get it right. Read more
I understand it was a little close to closing time. My Wife and I went through and ordered 2 4 piece chicken strip boxes. We had... to wait for the strips ( which was fine but everything was cold. So disappointed.The first time I ate at Jack's in Slocomb the food and service was good but today it is terrible. I should have... went to Bojangles when I was in Dothan.I ordered the nuggets and fries .I said I wanted fresh cooked and I did not mind waitingbut apparently my request did not matter The two little girls that waited on me definitely need some training in dealing withthe public they were not helpful or even concerned that I had gotten bad service from them.I heard one of them say"well Idropped those fries for nothing" and then continued to talk bad about an experience with a customer I think the night before andhow she almost walked out. They did not Seem To care that I could hear them griping about their job.The person that gave me arefund acted like she was bothered because she had to get up to give me a refund.I am mostly disappointed in their attitude...Dothey think customers do not hear their mumbles and see their huffiness? ...I do Read more
