We will not be visiting again. Corporate needs to take charge of HR at this location. We first visited this location 3 years... ago. We left after waiting 15 minutes at our table for our waters. We never had the chance to place a food order. We visitedagain yesterday thinking maybe management had changed since then. If management has changed service is still not good. We againwaited 10-15 minutes for water during Sunday breakfast hour. We did not receive the extra order of hash browns that we orderedand to top it all we had a female employee approach us to ask what race my husband is because he looked too dark to be white butour baby?s hair is light a curled. She literally said she and her co-workers were talking about the baby?s hair behind thecounter and she had to know if he was mixed. I?m brown and he?s white but tan wells, I guess that was too much brown to make ababy with light colored curls. This employee was not our waitress or hostess so is not like we had contact with her to make hercomfortable enough to approach us with this question. Very unprofessional! Read more

I've been to alot of Bob Evans in other states with the best experiences, but this one on the other hand I will not be back to.... We were seated quickly as there were not many people there. The silverware was dirty, and food was not good at all. Burger wasdry. Chicken plater- chicken over cooked and rubbery, macaroni was cold. The salads were not bad. We had to ask for refills andask for the bread that came with the meals. Keypad for the creditcard was so dirty!! I highly recommend Bob Evans is consistently a pillar in the communities they serve. The staff is consistently professional,... welcoming and the food is always delicious. Slight wait pretty normal Sunday morning. Hostess was nice and polite. Server took our order in less than a minute and kept my... mamas coffee full. When the food came the scrambled eggs were cold and she ordered more and brought back a fried egg orsomething that could be considered an omelet. I immediately said ?you know that?s not scrambled? when I asked why they weren?tscrambled like the 1st it was ?that?s how they look? and didn?t want to spend anytime speaking to me about the food and quicklyasked if I wanted the manager. After speaking with the manager I received what I asked for and my moms eggs were discounted offfor 2$ but by then the rest of my food was cold as breakfast food generally doesn?t stay hot for long. Before the correct eggscame the server snuck the bill on the table while she chatted with the next table over as if she didn?t want to interact with usany further. First visit to Bob Evans. I think we picked the good time to come the establishment was not busy. Service was quick and... friendly. The restaurant dining area was clean as well as the restroom facilities. I opted for the Western omelette, bacon witha cup of the vegetable soup. The meal was tasty. Banana Nut Bread I bought to carry back to enjoy when we got home, which is in Florida. I felt certain it would be fine sincebanana bread does not dry out as quickly as other breads and it is my daughter's favorite. Back home, cut a slice to go with mycoffee and discovered it is pumpkin bread:. the package is clearly labeled Banana Nut Bread. Needless to say that is 5.00(4.99) in the garbage.
