Food was good, but wasn?t expecting feathers. We DoorDashed the food, no problem with DoorDash. But had to make a trip out to... pickup a item that was not received. What was supposed to be a night in was a night out, making a inconvenient trip. Whenarrived, we were rudely greeted by a worker about the order. She started to question us about their mistake and we feltuncomfortable. We eat here frequently but this was unprofessional. Read more

I've lived in the area for 4 years. I really like B-Dubs and always wanted this to be a good experience. But this locations... fails. Every. Time. And I've kept going back hoping it would change. There's only been one experience that was good; they hireda bartender from another B-dubs. That was great- haven't seen her since. But every other time, it's a nightmare. The staff isnot welcoming AT ALL (they also look sloppy and act like they don't want to be there), the food comes out in increments- wingsbefore appetizers, then your sides MAY come out by the time you finish your wings. Tables are constantly dirty. This last time,we sat at the bar- the bartender didn't have on a belt and was showing his underwear. He also NEVER wiped down the bar- afterseveral customers left. New customers would come up to the bar and have to move glasses and napkins to wipe down where theywanted to sit. We had to ask one of the other servers for a towel so we wouldn't be sitting at a dirty spot. He was okay polite-definitely not as rude as the typical female they have working the bar. He looked like he was in the weeds with 5 people at thebar. They'd be best to shut down for a few weeks, hire new people and train them right. If you don't want to/can't be in theservice industry, don't work at a restaurant. You HAVE to be a people person...and clean up yourself and your store. Bepresentable and welcoming. Read more

I don?t even want to give this location 1 star. Unfortunately our experience was horrible. I?ve never had such bad service. We... were told the wait time was between 30-45 minutes but we were not seated for over an hour and a half. As soon as we sat down weput in our complete order however it still look a very long time to get our food. My husbands 10 wings took over an hour and hisside of fries took even longer. Our fried pickle appetizer was brought out with the food and was completely burnt. We did notget drink refills in a timely manner and our food was not even warm when it was served to us. Although we voiced our concerns toour waitress, we were never able to speak with a manager who we were told was informed about our issues. We are verydisappointed with our time here. Read more

This particular Buffalo Wild Wings used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Smithfield. Now I see it has took a turn for the... worst. Could not order an Ultimate Sampler due to onion ring shortage. The third time in a row it has happened. Took 15 minutesto receive drinks. Had to remind waitress twice. Wings came out before appetizers. Wings were fried too hard. Ended up cancelingthe appetizer due to long wait. No silverware on table or napkins. Waited another ten minutes to receive that. Cold fries. Andkeep in mind hardly no guests in restaurant to justify long wait periods. Went to this location after anither restaurant fell though. We usually go.to the Garner BWW but we were in the area. Was a nice... place. Smaller than the Garner location but nice. Food was pretty good wife loved here adult beverages, her and daughter hadwings and fries. They were good. I had the buffalo Chicken ranch sandwitch. The sandwich seemed different than usual than theway ots served at the Garner location and others I have been too. It was still pretty good. The server was OK but Inhad to askfor napkins, eating utensils after we had out food already. He could have been new. The restroom (Mens) could have been betterkept, trash was over flowing and paper towels all.over the floor. Overall ot was OK, Daughter was happy, wife was happy so overall it was good. Read more

Don't waste your time. They keep getting worse and worse. I got a Buffalo Wedge Salad tonight and threw it in the trash. Wings... had zero sauce, food is always cold when we get it and they always leave something out of our bag so we have to go back. I keepgiving them chances but this is my last. Read more

Did a DoorDash order. When it arrived I got about half the food I was supposed to. They were out of potato wedges but no one... called me. They said they were going to substitute them with french fries. I got about enough french fries to fill a smallcontainer at McDonald?s. And I got the family bundle so I should?ve gotten a lot of french fries. Terrible terrible terriblecustomer service. The manager never even came to the phone. Read more

I?m not trying to bash BWW?s, but tonight was unacceptable. We eat here all the time, and tonight?s experience was definitely... not the best. I ended up spending $43 for food tonight. My chicken was raw, wings had no sauce on them, and lastly they gave usno sauce at all (ranch, cheese, etc).. I will definitely not be eating here for awhile.. I?m taking it personally tonight sinceI got a to go order. It?s like the workers didn?t want to make the food because yes I ordered at 8 pm but they had an hour tomake the food? Again, I?m not trying to blame anyone or be a KAREN, but really BWWS?? Get it together seriously! Read more
