I ordered the chicken sandwich which really looked good and it had nice lettuce on it not the realty looking kind you get at a... lot of places, the french fries I ordered turned out to be waffle fries and they were very limp not soggy but you could havejust about mashed them with your tongue. I think their drive-thru is kind of confusing. You have to go in a circle to get inthe line to make your order and then you've got to make your way out of the circle to get out of line to exit the premises.Everyone was pleasant. Read more
Love the food here. Their Spicy Chicken Deluxe and lemonade are the best! As busy as this place gets, the service is always... great and fast. Dixie C. took our order and the food was ready a couple of minutes later. Love the friendly staff. The food isdelicious and gone before I could take a pic. Their happy meals have quality "toys" for my little one. The cookies aredelicious, but tastes even better if you take it home and microwave it for 10 secs. Will definitely be returning again soon. As always the food was delicious and the service was great. This place is always very busy but we ordered, got a table and... received our food quickly. As busy as they are you would think the staff would be grumpy and complaining but I didn't seeanyone like this. They were smiling and wanting to take your order. My grandchildren loves Chick-fil-A and they were with me. Ialso would like to mention their packets of ketchup. You just peel the top off. No trying to open those little packets thatyou get at other places. Will definitely try again. Read more
Everybody loves Chick-fil-A. It's something I don't completely understand. I had a salad it was excellent but as usual I left... still feeling hungry. And was shocked at the price versus the small amount of food I received. The service is the finest you canfind anywhere for a fast food restaurant. People are usually waiting in line as if they are giving away free food. It neverceases to amaze me. My daughter and grandchildren love it that's why I was there. They claim Chick-fil-A has the best ice creamanywhere. I guess the portion, the price, and the traffic jam is why I have to give you three stars. Yes I will return, mygrandchildren will see to it. I love Chick-fil-A food. But this one really disappointed me. The tea was trouble. And the lemon aid did not have any sugar in... it. The counter was messy ice and water everywhere. It was a worker sitting out in the dinning room putting cookies in the bagsout in the open. Customer walking by and she was sitting next to a trash can. I just had dinner here with my mother this evening and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. The workers... were constantly cleaning and it did not feel like a fast food restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We spoke withKelvin Brown Jr, the GM and he had a welcoming personality. NEED I SAY MORE. No, but I still will. Mold on my egg?? Absolutely foul. How do they not notice this when putting my order... together, do they not have any sense of quality control? Disgusting. When I went back for a refund, they didn't even look at myreceipt instead just hesitantly gave me a laughable $3 back... my meal was $8.27. I can confidently say I will never go back tothis location. I come to this Chick-fil-A more often than I?d like to admit. Some of the staff here are very pleasant and helpful, so nice. But... so many of them are just nasty & mean. I never say anything, I?m always polite, get my food and go. Tonight I ordered on theapp and headed to the store. When I got there the store was closed because of inclement weather. No big deal, I totallyunderstand! However since I already ordered and (thought) I had already paid I went inside to see if I could get my food or mymoney back. When I walked in one of the girls told me they were closed. I told them I had already ordered and was wondering ifthey could tell me how to get my money back. The girl immediately turned around and screamed ?this girl ordered on the app andwants a refund? overall dripping with a rude attitude. This other girl comes over and says what?s going on so again I nicelysaid ?I ordered on the app and I think I already paid, could you tell me how I can get my money back??
