Google doesn't allow me to review in negatives (much to my chagrin) I didn't even enter the store and im confident that this... would have been a mistake, since the store doesn't advertise it's prices for the buffet online I had to call, the girl whoanswered the phone just chuckled about my voice and left the phone unanswered. -0/10 wouldn't recommend, your pizza might havebeen good but that doesn't matter if you can't get customers in through your doors. The 2 female employees there explained to me why my 1 topping pizza was actually 2 toppings...because cheese is a topping, they... said. They mentioned everyone ask this when being charged an extra $1.25 for a 1 topping pizza...stating because the base priceincludes only the cheese as one topping! This is a LOAD OF IGNORANCE AND THEY NEED TRAINING AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THEPIZZA. THEIR IGNORANCE, LACK OF COMPASSION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO EAT AT CICIs again. I paid $10.98for a large 1 topping pizza, actually only half was 1 topping the other half was only cheese (not extra cheese, just cheese!)Cicis pizza is plain, just flat crust with unseasoned sauce and cheese; nothing special. To charge $11 for that is ridiculous.Cicis use to have low prices which made them competitive, a family could get a large pizza for $6 or eat buffet for $6, now itmakes no sense to still spend my money here. Terrible experience. We went there at 8:40. It closes at 10. But the employees already acted like the whole place was closed.... The dessert area had literally nothing. There were barely any pizza left. They brought nothing out. If you want to close at 9instead of 10 change the time. Don?t waste my money. Read more
The food is always great at Cicis pizza the only problem is keeping something on the Buffay that way it doesn?t look empty or... trays with one or two slices. That tells you everything the flavors there the speed in what they come to the Buffay is not somuch Read more
Manager was awesome. Love that they have a crust less option if that?s in your diet. One worker was rude AF to all customers.... Overall, would eat there again. Just wish they would address her. Read more
Very good ,hot pizza. Cinnamon rolls fresh and apple dessert pizza was excellent.
It was a long time since we have been to CiCi's. Everything was super yummy and very fresh. And the employees were all very... nice, and stayed on top of cleaning our dirty dishes. Read more
Really poor service, went in on a Friday night with the Family and there was hardly no pizzas out, only 4 pieces of brownie... dessert. Everyone except the person at register where in the back room goofing around. One employee who cleans the tables was onhis phone. The place wasn?t even full of customers only 7 tables were being occupied. Used the women?s restroom room and everystall was dirty and clogged like if it hasn?t been cleaned in a while.Worst experience ever definitely not the Cici?s Pizza Iremembered. Read more
