I don?t do this much but I had the worst experience at cold stones today. They need to be shown some customers service and... manera I have nevera felt so disrespected not only did she speak to my husband in a demeaning way, but she decided to throw mydaughter?s ice cream on the counter instead of placing it. I wanted a signature ice cream, but I was not aware that it cannot besold in a kid size only a small size instead of asking me if I wanted to upgrade to a small size she said she couldn?t make it.So I said that it was strawberry for kids would?ve been fine. My daughter wanted sprinkles, but after that, I just decided totake the strawberry ice cream and have my daughter enjoy it the way it was I am not one to cause a scene in a public place orruin other paying customers experience, but I will make the extra trip to go talk to the manager in the next coming days,because not only I was disrespected the customers behind me where also disrespected as they decided to vent their frustrationsin front of paying customers. I have been in the industry for many years, and I know what customer service looks like. And thatwas everything but customer service. I?ve always love cold stones, but that one will not get my money ever again. I understandthat some customers can be very difficult and as a customer service rep or a server you get frustrated because you?ve had a longday and you?ve worked really hard but to say in front of another pink customer that she want to punch X or Y customer in theface speaks very poorly about the kind of training they received. I believe that if you want to have good tips and a prosperingbusiness, you have to be kind, respectful, joyful in front of customers venture frustrations at closed doors behind the scenesnot in front of other pain customers. Cold Stone Smithfield Nc 8/27/22 4:30 pm While fixing my order the rep rubbed her nose twice as she was handling my food. She... was rushing and talking to the rep next to her as she was putting the whipped cream on top. As a result of her not payingattention, the whipped cream flopped sideways all over the cup. I asked her if she could give me some more whipped cream in herresponse to me was if you pay for it in a very nasty tone. I said never mind. She proceeded to tell me that I was rude. I saidI?m not being rude as you are rubbing your nose and handling my food. I plan to call your boss and tell him to watch the camera.Nonetheless,I paid for my my ice cream and I should not have. Before I could even eat the ice cream if i wanted to. I see a biglong hair right on top. Needless to say, I had to throw it away because I refuse to eat hair and maybe Boogers. I am a verydissatisfied customer and I plan to never go to cold Stone again. News flash COVID is real and nobody wants someone?s germs.Where a mask if your nose it itching AND cameras Don?t lie I already sent an email to the corporate office for them to look atthe camera and boom they will be able to see what I had to deal with. Came in @8:30 pm. Wife and I just wanted a sweet treat. Two workers present, only one actually serving customers. Line was 10... people deep, at least 5 orders. They could have stopped prepping for tomorrow and served those in line. Poor girl was runningragged while counterpart flipped ice cream. I realize having worked in service industry you have side work, but our customersalways came first. Read more

Simply delicious! It took me a bit to finish my bowl but the Coffee Lover's Only was SO good!
Malachi helped me and was great. I got a Dark Chocolate shake and a 'love it' size Cookie-Dough ice cream.
Highly disappointed & upset. I ordered a birthday cake online, paid for a delivery fee plus a tip on top of taxes & the price... for the cake. Only for a delivery driver from Uber Eats to call me & say they don?t have my order?I don?t even have Uber Eats,if they use a 3rd party delivery service that?s fine, I didn?t really care how it got there but it needed to be deliveredbecause I was out of town. The Uber Eats driver left & told me to call the store which I did, they said they don?t see or havethe order, I kept offering to give my order # & they didn?t take it. Their manager wasn?t in so they called them & they said i?dhave to come pick it up?.again i?m out of town. I paid a delivery fee & tip for a reason, and I thought ya?ll didn?t have it?
