Stopped with the husband who stated that these subs are the best. We ordered to go. Staff was not friendly but not impolite.... After we were eating, my sandwich was not beef nor smoky and drowning in mayo. My hubby said his wasn't as ordered either. Hedid say that was the first time at that particular shop. I will try Firehouse again possibly but at a different shop location. Ididn't finish mine because I don't eat pork with nitrates. Read more
Normally the subs are so great. Live been craving one for weeks and got one today. I was very dissatisfied. It was overflowing... with mayo and dressing so much so that the bread was soggy and falling apart. Not satisfied at all. I do nt know when ill getagain or if I will ever because of how it was made. I have been to the outlet mall location numerous times. There isn?t a sub I have tried that I didn?t like . I actually just go... in now and say just make me a medium sub. Today I went in Michelle was the cashier . She was very helpful and polite. The onewho was making the sandwiches was Carla. I asked her to make me a sub that she would eat. I never found out about the sub untilI actually stating eating eat. The sub was a corn beef with Mayo. The sub was excellent the only thing was I would have hadcheese on it .
