Didn't get food right took it up there and they got an attitude this one has been the sorriest one I've ever been to
I came in b4 the dinning room was open because someone left the door open, so the cook saw me up front and got the manager (I... believe her name was Gina) to come help me. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually had a short conversationinstead of acting like she was in a hurry to get me gone. Ordered for dine-in four meals. Waited 29 minutes and asked for a refund. Four drive-thru and two dining room orders taken after... mine were prepared and delivered before mine was ever started. They then started to make my order. I said for them to stopmaking the food and just give me a refund. Finaly the manager came out and begrudgingly gave me the refund without a singleapology or attempt to make things right. Read more
I'm new to Smithfield for work so I decided to give this Hardee's a try. Because I know they have a good reputation for... breakfast and lunch. Boy was I disappointed. Although it's 2 mins from my workplace. I ordered the chicken biscuit breakfastcombo. The cashier was not friendly. I had to ask for napkins, jelly, cream for my coffee, and a stir stick. I've eaten quite afew chicken biscuits in my time but this one has got to be the worst I've had in a long time. I cannot suggest or recommend thisHardee's to anyone passing through or that are new or working to the area. I called back once I arrived at work to inform themanager about the "so called" breakfast I ordered she only offered a replacement breakfast. I really enjoy their Hot Ham & Cheese. They have quite a bit of meat on them. The only problems I find out of nearly every... Hardee's I order from, is right dead center of the sandwich has a cold spot. Even the smaller ones. The only ones that don't arethe one's warmed too much and the bun is shriveled. I still order them especially if I have a coupon. They get one star offfor the cold spot :) Read more

This is a hard piece of plastic that was in a sandwich. The restaurant is filthy. I called coprorate and they were supposed to... follow up and never did. They also had a fake rating from the health dept. hanging on the wall. Read more
