Labelling each order should be standard when you order several subs, but it is not. So I just went to to the Jersey Mike's in Smithfield on Brightleaf Blvd. First time ever in a JM's. Horrible experience. I... explained I was a first time customer and received no assistance ordering. I called back and spoke with Supervisor Lee. Hebasically said I should have known what I was doing.
