I went through drive thru ask for fries no salt . When I looked in bag I had fries that look like they been up since this... morning . I hit the horn ask for fresh fries sooo the guy at the window tell me to pull up to the second window. I waited 15-25mins waiting. I?m on phone not thinking like where my fries at . Go back around & said what happen to my fries . The guy so OH????????I?m like let me get a McChicken sandwich instead . So he gives me the sandwich I get half ~way down the road and it?spile of Mayo on sandwich. It look like they just threw it together. ????????????????????????Please hire more staff . went on Saturday, Oct 1. Sat in line at least 15 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me, don't know what the hold up was. Got to... window to pay, the man gave me the total, stuck his hand out, i gave him cash, he gave me change, never looked at me, never saidThank you, so I get to 2nd window, the girl handed me my drink, then the bag, never spoke, never smiled. Twice before I've put in mobile orders, get there, they say they don't see the order so then I cancel on the app only to find... out I've lost my reward points and the order actually went through and was charged and received nothing. Then today, same thinghappened, the guy at the window, which took a few minutes for him to acknowledge I was at the window couldn't figure it out andwhile I was in the line still I cancelled and told him not to worry about it and yet again I'm charged and lost my reward pointsfor an order I didn't receive. I never had a problem at breakfast times with mobile orders when the nice energetic woman wastaking orders, but now I'm having to call my bank and get my money back, so safe to say I won't be coming back to this location.3 strikes you're out.
