Was told the pizza would be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. After waiting over an hour I called and was put on hold for over 5... minutes. Hung up and called again but press the button to order instead of trying to locate my pizza. Was told they were sorrythat they just didn?t have any delivery people or door dash delivery. This is the second time we ordered from Papa John's and was told that they had no delivery drivers and were delivering through... DoorDash. This is not acceptable. Ordering online should have been easier and it should not take almost 2 hours to have ourfood delivered. Read more

I'm not a complainer... But you guys have to take more pride in your work. This makes no sense. The pizza is shaped oddly and... has toppings only in the middle, barely any at all. This is the second time I have ordered a pizza like this from this location. Read more
Ordered two pizzas a Bacon Pepperoni but you can't even call it that, Looks like a cheese pizza. Got a buffalo chicken pizza and... unfortunately more onions than chicken, it is called Buffalo Chicken for a reason. Very sad. Read more
I don't know what's more frustrating. The crust size difference ( yes I only ordered ONE pizza ) or the lack of bacon, three... cheese and parm that I ordered that I didn't get. I guess they forgot how to count as well asked for 10 packets of parm and got3 ???????????????? paid for a $26.25 and got one worth $10. Oooo but they got the light sauce right !!!! Read more
Papa John?s fell ALL the way off. My driver text me and told me how rude everyone was and how long he had been waiting for my... food. I call up there and they say that he is just being impatient.
