Stopped for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Someone said hello from the back. We waited for just a few minutes and then they said... they were not taking dine in orders. So you can order you lunch but you have to eat out in the parking lot. Just left and wentto a local pizza joint. People if they don?t want you there then just go somewhere else. Read more

My delivery guy tonight was so friendly and personable. My food was hot and in perfect condition when it arrived. In the rain... and all he was still courteous and was supposed to already have been off work for the night but went out of his way to help withmy delivery. I couldn't be more impressed. Read more
When someone orders breadsticks?.sauce is included and never is at the Pizza Hut in Smithfield NC. My wife even asked the lady... at the drive thru window to please confirm it was in the breadstick boxes (2 orders), she lied and acted like she checked whenshe obviously didn?t to only be disappointed when getting our take out order home. Please avoid this location at all costs, Iwill not be a customer any longer, if I was this sorry at my place of employment I wouldn?t be employed. Read more
I placed an order the online and was very pleased with the easiness of the process. That got one star. The cheese sticks I... ordered only had 5 thin strips that were the worse that I've had in my entire life time. 61 years. The bread that they usedtasted like it was frozen bread and made of processed artificial flour. There was barely enough cheese on top to even cover it.The marinara sauce was the only thing edible. I graded the cheese sticks a 0 out of 5. I also ordered the garlic parmesanbreaded chicken wings. It should say on the menu that they are breaded pressed chicken scraps. They tasted also like thawedfrozen premade bagged chicken nuggets. McDonald's taste better. When I opened the container they were standing in an inch ofsauce. They were soaking wet and the taste made me sick. I still think I'm going to throw up. My stomach hurts really bad. Now Iworked at a pizza hut 3 decades ago. We made our dough daily, we made our own wings, we made everything fresh but today pizzahut gets all their dough frozen. The night before they break the dough apart and put it in oiled pans then they proof itovernight. I give the chicken wings 0 out of 5. I'll never eat at a pizza hut ever again. This I promise.
