Person ringing up my order was super nice! The condition of the restaurant, not so good. When I walked in, my sandals were... sticking to the ground because of the black grease on the side walk. The windows were super dirty, it is just not something youwanna see when you eat food. Read more
We will not be going back to Sonic. The lady that took our order would not just let me order, she had to repeat everything that... I said, getting it wrong most of the time, and give me options. JUST LET ME ORDER, then guess if you got it right or not. Whenshe brings our food to us, she didn't bring the honey mustard or ranch dipping sauce or forks for the chili cheese tots so I askher for it. She says she will bring it right back. She finally comes back with four packs of mustard. REALLY. We have been atthis kiosk for 20 minutes at this point and my daughter goes in to get everything we needed. The food was less than McDonald'squality and ended up making my wife physically sick. Don't go to this Sonic if you have to go to one. Read more
Just overall bad. The food is bad and has weird after taste. I went two separate days trying to give them the benefit of the... doubt after my food tasted weird the first day. Equally bad the second day. I'm sure it not the crews fault they just heat upthe food, so I don't blame them. Sonic headquarters y'all need to improve the quality of your food because it's slack. I ordereda large fry and they stuffed it with ketchup so it wasn't the full serving. I'm not sure if they didn't have enough fries butthey could have said "We don't have large fries right now" because they charged me for a large but gave me a small. Not goingback. Read more
This is quite possibly the worst sonic ever. Almost ever time I get a slush, it?s barely blended. I just left after waiting at... the drive thru order speaker for 10 minutes. When I pulled up, someone told me to wait a minute. There was probably 3 cars inthe stalls and no one in-front of me. I don?t know why I keep trying to give this sonic another chance. Whet to the dine in, press the ?I?m ready button? waited for 5 minutes and no one answered. Decided to go through the drive... through. Sat for 5 minutes and no one answered. Drive up to the window to see why and they said, oh, I don?t know and shruggedhis shoulders. Didn?t even try to help me there. Food was great. The person taking our order seemed overwhelmed and missed one of the combos. However, the young man that brought... out our food (Tyreece?) and got the manager for us was AMAZING! So very polite! Then the district manager and her daughtercleared up the problem and fixed our order. Because if them we will go back! Read more
Went through the drive thru. Young gentleman who took my order was kind. Checked the bag to find I was missing a fry, I went in... and was given the small fry. Decided I should go ahead and check all my food. The chicken slider I ordered must have beensitting in grease for a while and was extremely over cooked. I was so frustrated at this point I didn?t even bother going backin. Just threw it all away. Please don?t serve something you wouldn?t eat. Read more
Always way to cold in this place. Never can get any help to com to counter inside. Got a breakfast boreto and they killed it... with salt. Why would you purposely put salt on something that has bacon on it? Trying to get my blood pressure way up there!! Read more
