I have ordered a pumpkin spice latte or white chocolate mocha with oat milk, NO whip cream, and NO foam, but unfortunately have... gotten my drink back at least 5 times with whipcream and foam. I enjoy Starbucks coffee, but I would like to receive what Iactually ordered. Its easier on me and I'm sure its easier on your employees. Starbucks here is amazing. They constantly have a drive through line around the corner and a full lobby. However, they are... always friendly and accommodating. I can't imagine working there when you really have no down time. The only reason I havethem a three on food is because it is all frozen food that goes into a quick convection oven and comes out like it come from amicrowave. However, it is not the fault of this store as that is their corporate menu. This store is amazing ....but superbusy! Read more

Purchased coffee at drive through as I was traveling the interstate. The coffee was warm to the point I could stick my finger... in it and hold it there. Had to discard the cup as I like hot coffee not room temperature. Read more
These guys work so hard! Every time I go, I see the employees busting their behinds. I'm sure the amount of mobile orders they... get is ridiculous and the peak times are so busy. Despite the craziness, these guys still manage to do a perfect job on myspecial order coffee. Thank you guys for working so hard during this difficult time in food service! Read more

I will never come to this location ever again. It is so slow and even worst is their customer service. The so called manager is... so rude Not only she took my order but also got it wrong I think her name is Ellie.I hope she finds a different job, she is sorude. She handed all the drinks and she closed the window not knowing that I needed straws and napkins . I had to knock over andover on the window as she ignored me. So I called for help and thank god the other lady was kind enough to help me. I can?tbelieve she?s the manager (Ellie) they are suppose to help you not ignore you.
