If I could give this subway negative reviews I would. First off, the Mexican woman that works there speaks Spanish and says... horrible things about customers thinking that we won't be able to understand her. Why is she still working here? Who is theowner and how can we get into contact with him?? I speak Spanish and on my way out she was laughing about me and sayingoffensive things just because I asked for extra mayonnaise. I'm surprised no one else has noticed what a horrible person she is.If she doesn't like serving customers then why is she even working there?? The reviews don't lie! Go to other subways. They willtreat you better. My only wish is for that woman to be fired because she does not know how to treat anyone nicely! Read more

So I work for this Walmart and go to the subway for simple convenience. Linda the red headed lady always has her grandson or son... and family running around in the store. One day store looks a mess diapers and baby cups everywhere... she makes subs and whenyou ask for extra veggies she literally will throw one more on the subs are a disgrace idk how subway allows this when I work inClayton Walmart there subway is so much better you actually get what you pay for not 90% bread. I literally have to pay fordouble meat when I come here just to get what a normal sub should look like. Shame on you subway for allowing this. They made my wifes pizza and then claimed the oven could not cook the veggies cause it was not acting right. However could make... my sandwich fine. Overall a horrible experience and the staff's family was running around and hanging out. Little kid playingwith all the clean cups. Contacted corporate and got a generic response of it wont happen again from the owner. Not a let's makeit right that your wifes pizza was thrown away. Read more

All I can say is what a rude place to go red head lady and this other guy that works there with her. We order our subs and it's... like they are charging for every piece of vegetables we add to the sub. We had to keep asking her to add more like 6 time forevery vegetable we wanted and she would only add 3- 5 piece of spinach 2 pieces of onion like really we paying for the subs.Then when we got to the sauces and we like alot of sauce she goes to tells us that the subs are better without the sauces atthis point we are mad and we have to tell her we are the ones eating it. We tell her that she is rude and does not know how totreat customers she goes on to say she has 17 years working with the same owner. I don't know how they still have her there andapparently she she said she was the manager because I ask for there number. She then tells me that she had to ring up my familyso I was like ok I'll wait,after they were done ringing them up two people get in line she then tells me she has to attend tothem that customers are first. So I guess she didn't want to give me there number so I told her I was calling corporate and shesaid go ahead and call them. I will never go there again it's sad that the owners don't know what kind of employees they have. Read more

If I could, I would give them 0 stars due to the red headed rude lady!!! I bought a cold cut combo 1 morning & I use the subway... app so I had a $.50 off ANY 6inch sub. However, I bought a foot long & wasn't planning on or trying to use the deal. My friendasked did I check to see what the weekly deal was on the app & I told her but like I said it was for a 6' sub. This lady heardus & told us even if I got a 6' that I couldn't use it b/c a cold cut was a special sandwich. Since when? But whatever... Itried to explain to her that it said ANY 6' & she insisted on arguing w/ me to the point that I told her I was gonna callcorporate & she told me to call. She pissed me off cause as I was trying to leave, she was STILL trying to argue so by then I'mloud and I had to tell her off! I will NEVER go back to that subway again!!!! This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I have been there several times because it is convenient to stop there after... shopping at Walmart. However, the two employees behind the counter are so rude. First off they never ask how can they help theyjust stand in front of the client and stare at them. Second if you even have a hint of tan on your skin they will attempt tospeak to you in Spanish. If you tell them you do not understand then they roll their eyes(the red headed lady in particular) andcontinue trying to speak Spanish to you. So it is a guessing game when trying to order. If you continue speaking English becauseobviously you don?t speak Spanish the redheaded lady acts angry and huffs and puffs. They are also very slow, have no peopleskills and some of their English is hard to understand. I could deal with that if it wasn?t for the fact that they act like I amcommitting a crime by not knowing Spanish just because my skin is tan! I have seen them do this to other customers as well.
