The staff was friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. After ordering one of the new heroes which is supposed to... have fresh mozzarella on it I realize they were just using shredded processed cheese. I asked about it and evidently they weretold by the owner not use fresh mozzarella and not to accept coupons either. The staff was very apologetic and felt bad. Thewhole purpose of going into a franchise is to have the same experience regardless of location and the subway corporation shouldbe very aware that this location is absolutely not providing the same. experience. So I came to this subway location specifically because of all the marketing that subway did to promote the new 12 subs on the... menu and the fact that today was get a free sub between 10a and 12p. As I walked in I saw that they had a sign that said theywere not participating in the free sub. This is not the busiest location so one would think they would take advantage of all themarketing bring in new folks to check out the new menu. Regardless, I accept that and went to the car where I keep a flyer withthe latest subway coupons. After I got the the register the customer service person said they don't accept coupons. That isridiculous in my opinion. I understand each location independently owned and operated however I think Subway corporate puts outsome great marketing and to not be open to additional business generated by Subway marketing doesn't make sense, in my opinion.The customer service and the food I received was great however this location DOES NOT SUBWAY ACCEPT COUPONS or PARTICIPATE INSUBWAY CORPORATE PROMOTIONS. The reduced star rating is because the policy of not accepting coupons was not clearly identifiableand cause an uncomfortable experience at the register. Read more

Sun 6/26 @ 1230. Staff was courteous. Just a few comments for management. There was no unsweet tea. The young lady said I... could get a bottled one but they were all sweet tea. So I talked my husband into taking the sweet tea I already paid for. Heusually gets unsweet too. He said the sweet didn?t taste like brewed tea but a powder or concentrate-not good. Also thelady?s bathroom was dark, one of the lights over the toilet was out. The paper towel dispenser is loose, almost falling offthe wall. Read more

Great customer service and very clean. is under new management with all new employees. They get you in and out of their as quick... as possible. Is definitely the best subway in Smithfield. Read more

This place has all new management. They new girls at fantastic very happy always smiling and greeting friendly they make you... feel welcome. This establishment is very clean and organized. Best customer service I've got in a subway in a long time my newfavorite spot for a quick friendly bite to eat. I will be telling my friends. Read more

Not sure who was working last night on 04/07 but the young lady need a lesson in customer service. Rude beyond words. I have... bought several ports in bowls in just the past week everyone always cuts the meat up when I ask for this to be done the employeeseemed to get an attitude with me. I wanted pepper Jack cheese but I didn?t want to have to ask her to cut it up. The meat formy bowl was ripped up not even cut clean. And I really don?t feel there was the same amount of meat that I normally get butwhen I questioned her she seemed to get an attitude about that so I just dropped it. Then I clearly ask for one line of Mayo andone line of ranch she loaded the sandwich I got with Mayo and grabbed the mustard and started putting it on there. When icorrected her and told her I didn?t ask for mustard she said you mean you want ranch. I said yes ma?am that is what I ask for.The when she was ringing me up she kept messing with her phone which made me uncomfortable because I didn?t t know what shewasdoing. I ask can we finish the transition she said it?s not going though I trying to get the manger. It would of been nice tobe told this instead of her just appearing to mess with her phone. I will go out of my way to go to another subway. This younglady does not want a job with the attitude I was give last night. Please feel free to reach out and once she is reprimanded Iwould consider returning until the I will be taking my business else where. Read more
