Dining room is closed (per note from management posted on the door). It took 26 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I ordered... 4 combos. The lady taking the drive-thru order was very kind. The lady giving out food seemed either new or confused (shestumbled to read my order, and only gave me 2 of my 4 drinks until I reminded her I had more). Just be aware you?ll be in for along wait if you go to this location. I didn?t have a problem other than the length of time it took from start to finish. Read more
Waited an hour and couldn?t get anyone on the speaker. No exit to leave when you have to wait, resulting in late practices and... cranky kids. Sat in the drivethru for 30 mins only to get food that looked like was made on a grill that has never been cleaned. Disgusting.... Not sure how they got that 99.0 sanitation rating 5 days ago but I will never eat there again. Threw 95% of our food away. Smithfield, N. C. location cannot place order at counter, kiosk only. That's what we were told. Counter is for pick up only. ... Very disappointed. Called ahead to make sure we could dine in, was told yes. Locked the doors when we arrived at 6:30 pm. Took25 min for food, tacos. Employees were more concerned about drive up window. This location never fails to disappoint. My order is routinely incorrect. I have waited more than an hour in the drive through... line. I would have left if there were a way out of the line. Some of the staff is extremely rude, passing the blame for theirmistakes onto the customer. The soda never has enough syrup, which amplifies the taste of the dirty fountain. I would give it nostars if possible. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. Read more
