Website, on line ordering simply sucks! Not user friendly at all. Chose pickup but won't allow to view the menu. Says to choose... a location but doesn't allow you to enter a city or zip code. I would give negative stars to this location if possible. Even when I'm so close to this location I drive to Johnston. They are... so unbelievably rude, horrible at making the food, and closed randomly or out of most ingredients probably 50% of the times I'vetried to go here before finally deciding to never ever come back. My husband stopped there today and not a soul was in there andthey didn't help him for over 10 minutes with multiple employees in the building. They messed up our order multiple times andwere so, so rude for no reason. Skip this location and take the extra drive because you'll only be disappointed here. Read more
Ever since chipotle has moved to this location from up the street it has been terrible. Always out of food everytime I go in... there and when I say out I mean out for the night at 7pm. When you close at 10pm you shouldnt be running out of rice at 7pm. Theowner needs to make major changes and overhaul the management here because its the worst chipotle in RI. My husband picked up dinner for us since I?m 35 weeks pregnant. I asked for extra rice and my bowl was barely half filled with... any of the items I asked for. There was nothing to it, it wasn?t even enough for a toddler. I heard chipotle was doing halfscoops online ?. Guess that?s true. Read more
I've always known Cipolte restaurants to have low standards but I was hungry and thought I'd give it a try again. The basins... that the heated foods are kept in were refilled instead of finished and a fresh one put in. Watched as new food was poured overan almost empty basin. Read more
I visited this Chipotle 4-5 mins before closing. This is something that never do as I appreciate that the people working there... probably want to clean up and be done for the night...especially on a Friday. EVERY employee we interacted with was not onlypleasant but friendly. The food was consistent (good) as I have come to expect from the other locations and the eating area wasclean, although we did not stay to eat. Excellent hiring and training Chipotle. Good on you! The staff were courteous but the card machine was not working and the "New Supergreen Salad" left much to be desired. It was a... good Chipotle experience overall in terms of flavour but I was expecting more in terms of greens given the way the dish wasmarketed. Read more
