Ordered food waited hours never came .. got a text that said it was delivered!! I called an asked about it they was rude an said... ? sorry DoorDash musta not came ? like clearly so wouldn?t you try calling me or try: door dash instead of letting the food sitthere for hours. While the customer that already paid for the food is still waiting ? Then my son makes me call again so I callreluctantly and the order manager some girl was rude as hell . She stated that she told one of her employees to call andapologize which never happened then she says that it shouldn?t be a problem because they refunded me and it?s not her fault sheshouldn?t have to call door Dash I guess that?s my job as a customer to follow up on their deliveries??
