I have never employees that have been soo rude. I went thru the drivethru yesterday and ordered a coffee with two bagel twists... and cream cheese. I got home and there was no cream cheese. I then went back thru the driveway and told them what happened andthey made it seem like it was my fault that they didn't put it in the bag and they didn't charge me. Every time I go here thereis nothing but rudeness and attitude. Just stood at counter. 4 employees behind counter no one acknowledges me. They look at me and continue to talk about taxes... and all 4 of them are making one coffee for drive thru. Terrible service Everytime I come to this location. Go elsewherepeople. There are plenty of others around. Read more
I go to Dunkin' in the Smithfield Stop & Shop. The manager, Ann, runs a great store.
Very fast service at drive thru.
Great employees fast service they have my coffee waiting for me at the window every morning and they greet me with a smile
