Terrible service. I have never seen Dunk employees move so slowly and look so miserable. Second time here.
I walk into the facility to order a sandwich bc the drive thru line was too long. I was the only customer inside and it too... approx 4-5 min for an employee to greet me and take my order. After waiting for 5 more minutes and seeing the drive thru linecontinue to get served before me I asked them to check on my order. Seems it never went through and was no where to be found.Now running late for work I did not have time to wait for my order or a refund. Service was slow and employees immature. Read more

Probably the slowest Dunkin Donuts I?ve been to. Stayed at the Hampton inn across the street, got coffee here every morning. ... Had to get there early to wait in drive thru- or in the store for 10-15 mins. Read more

This dunkins is great. I mean look at my Latte...need I say more? Seriously, they are friendly and fast. I go in often and most... already know what I want. They don't have to remember anyone's order, but they do. That shows a level of commitment they have totheir job, themselves, and their customers. Read more
Always takes forever and apparently its gross inside.. buddy of mine used to work at this location and he suggested I don?t get... the food.. They need new management/employees asap. This was my go-to location as it?s so close but now I always reconsider.You?re better off going to Seasons CMC across the street, or Coffee Connection down the road. Read more
