Every time I go here before I head to work in the morning there?s always some problem. I normally place my order on the mobile... app and go to pick it up because it?s ?fastest?. However there is only one person on staff who actually seems to care AT ALL (Idon?t know her name but I?m assuming she?s a manager she has dirty blonde hair and glasses). If she?s not there I will beCOMPLETELY ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes with multiple people walking by me (and it was not busy at all). When someonefinally did acknowledge my existence she walked away and grabbed my order that apparently had been sitting in the drive-throughsection the entire time. So by the time I actually got it my food was cold my bagel was hard and they didn?t even make mysandwich right. All I asked for was an extra slice of cheese and this is an up charge. I?m aware that it?s only like $.40 butthat?s not the point. I?ve given this location so many chances that I?m honestly so fed up and I will not be returning.
