Every time I go here before I head to work in the morning there?s always some problem. I normally place my order on the mobile... app and go to pick it up because it?s ?fastest?. However there is only one person on staff who actually seems to care AT ALL (Idon?t know her name but I?m assuming she?s a manager she has dirty blonde hair and glasses). If she?s not there I will beCOMPLETELY ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes with multiple people walking by me (and it was not busy at all). When someonefinally did acknowledge my existence she walked away and grabbed my order that apparently had been sitting in the drive-throughsection the entire time. So by the time I actually got it my food was cold my bagel was hard and they didn?t even make mysandwich right. All I asked for was an extra slice of cheese and this is an up charge. I?m aware that it?s only like $.40 butthat?s not the point. I?ve given this location so many chances that I?m honestly so fed up and I will not be returning. I?drather leave my house even earlier than I already do to drive out of my way to go to a different location. Read more
Worst Dunkin in the area! Every single time I go here there is an issue with my order. Whether they get my order completely... wrong, or are out of espresso, or the espresso machine doesn?t work, it?s always something. Don?t waste your time here, go toone of the other Dunkins in the area. Read more
The people are nice enough, but I tend to go to this one because the drive through line is usually shorter, than the one up the... road, but the last few times I have been here it's taken about a half hour to get through. I just had 4 of 5 items messed up onand have been here for more than 20 min and still waiting outside for them to fix my order. They brought food and forgot mycoffee, still waiting. Read more

Been there 3 times. They have always screwed up my order, made food wrong, drinks wrong, etc. They seem like they don?t care to... be honest. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin location unless you want to constantly be checking if the right food iseven in the bag or in my case completely burnt. Read more
The worst DD on the planet. My order is wrong every time I go there. I live close and try to give the benefit of the doubt but I... just refuse to any longer. I'd drive a half hour to go somewhere else which isn't that bad cause it'd still be quicker. Doyourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Place is a circus. Read more
