Came here to get coffee, used the bathroom but the water doesn't work in sink. When I asked the employee about it they ignored... me then said oh well, the water is shut off! no running water in the ONLY BATHROOM??!! WHERE'S THE DEPT OF HEALTH. I hate talking bad about restaurants but this has to be said...I waited in the drive-thru 20+ minutes and only ordered a small... coffee. When I got to the window the kids inside were goofing about people waiting and had me wait almost another 10 minutes.Extremely rude like they could careless. Then the kicker was the coffee tasted horrible. Wasn't even what I ordered. I know it'snot an easy business to be in but 1 small coffee shouldn't take 30 minutes. Read more
Quality is fine, employees are great, but this is consistently one of the slowest Dunkins around. I think if they staff up a bit... more they could take it to the next level. Read more
Coffee always delicious. Older woman with blonde hair(not the manager) bat attitude . I needed to use the restroom and she... rudely told me she didn?t want me going in because she just sprayed the bathroom, and that a customer went in there who wasn?tsupposed to . I understand she joking just cleaned, but , I wasn?t going to make a mess and was about ready to have accident .She rudely responded I really don?t want you in there. Ordered through the app to avoid the drive through which can be as long as a half hour wait. Got there and the doors are locked.... Since the order is paid for, I have no choice but to wait in the drive through lane. Thirty minutes later they give me a coldcup of coffee that's been sitting around for 45 minutes now. Apparently no one wants to work there. Who could blame them --worst Dunkin in the state by a longshot. Read more
One star is being courteous. The worker behind the counter was wiping his nose and face with the same gloves used to make... peoples food. Playing with his clothing and still touching peoples food. The people here need to be trained on food safety orthis establishment needs to be closed down. Read more

Awful they are insanely slow, always screw up the order, very rude and hygeine is lacking..health department needs to step in.
