I would not recommend anyone to buy equipment from this company. I called and texted several times and left message on marco's... phone about warranty and parts for one of their freezer that I was working on for a customer. He never responded, i had topurchase it from someone else. The customer said they have always had problems with him responding to their calls and messageswhen they have any issues with their equipment. I hope i don't have to work on another North American Restaurant Equipmentagain. If I do, I hope I can get the parts somewhere else. Read more

Couldn't be more pleased with Marco and his team. Honestly, the best prices and equipment and always in stock. I have opened... several restaurants with Marco's help and they have gone flawless from ordering, to delivery, to communication. I made thefaulty mistake of getting an 8foot make line from a different vendor. Let's just say Marco got me one in the matter of threedays, delivered to my space, allowing me to hit a hard deadline for opening. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with this NAREand Marco.
