I would not recommend anyone to buy equipment from this company. I called and texted several times and left message on marco's... phone about warranty and parts for one of their freezer that I was working on for a customer. He never responded, i had topurchase it from someone else. The customer said they have always had problems with him responding to their calls and messageswhen they have any issues with their equipment. I hope i don't have to work on another North American Restaurant Equipmentagain. If I do, I hope I can get the parts somewhere else. Read more

Couldn't be more pleased with Marco and his team. Honestly, the best prices and equipment and always in stock. I have opened... several restaurants with Marco's help and they have gone flawless from ordering, to delivery, to communication. I made thefaulty mistake of getting an 8foot make line from a different vendor. Let's just say Marco got me one in the matter of threedays, delivered to my space, allowing me to hit a hard deadline for opening. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with this NAREand Marco. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we dealt with! The showroom was great and let us see all the options we had to chose... from and Jamie was very helpful. Our new bakery case was at our door & set up within a week of purchasing and we had the optionto have them remove our old case!
