The food was okay...but not great. The employees were friendly, but after attempting to use the self-service kiosk, discovered... that it wasn't functioning properly and had to go to the counter and put the whole order through again. Their new location is not nearly as nice as the previous site. I feel as though the food is overpriced. Over $16 for a chicken... sandwich and coffee. I'll stick with KFC and Popeyes when craving a chicken sandwich. Read more

My niece came here put her order in and they took cash and card from her for the remainder and charged her card full price. I... called stating there must of been just a simple mistake and the girl who answered she said she was the manager ?Jordan? wassuper rude. Said that she will go through the draw and figure it out. I said okay if I can just get their names so my husbandcan go dispute it tomorrow since my niece paid almost $60 for a $20 dollar bill. She gave me a tough time thought she hung thephone up on me and accidentally didn?t and heard her calling me a bunch of foul names like ?bitch? to her coworkers. I recordedfrom my husbands phone since it was super inappropriate and nothing was even a big deal. Ugh hadn't been to Panera in a while and it is probably my last time here. At least they changed the multiple lines issue with... this new location, but the environment is super cheap and uncomfortable. There is zero privacy now and it's obviously designedto make you not want to spend much time there (I guess to keep away people like me who liked to study there). But the prices areastronomical and the quality and portions have gone downhill. Oh well, good riddance Read more

Whoever thought ?hey you know what, we need to modernize our design and change up our vibe? should be immediately fired.... Literally the only thing that kept me coming back and paying $15 for a bowl of soup and a (HALF) sandwich was the relaxingsetting to do work or catch up with a friend.. this place looks like a Starbucks now. Went here. Got two salads and a upick2. The service was mediocre but Panera itself has clearly gone downhill. The environment... was anything but homey and one large open room which felt odd. The chicken on the salads was honestly pretty disgusting andclearly frozen or something. Everything was poor quality even the broccoli Mac and cheese which used to be made with their soup,now is a bright orange gunky color. When we went up to get more lettuce for our extremely over dressed salad, the employees juststare at you like you have five heads instead of asking why you?re standing there or what help you?re waiting for. To sum it up.I will goto a decent restaurant and get a $14 salad there. Read more

Decided to try the drive thru for the first time for my pickup order- salad missing dressing and wrong and missing an entire... sandwich and scones.
