Did an online order. Pizza was ok. I ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard that didn?t get delivered. I called the store... and they realized they forgot them. An hour and a 1/2 later and still never received after the store employee said they werecoming out with it. So, you got my $10 for the tenders, but you?ve lost my business for poor customer service. Absolute horrible customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks and when they delivered it they said they forgot... them. So we called in Asking for the mozzarella sticks and they said they are to busy their not coming out. We told them that isbad business even though they credited it back to us but we should get what we ordered. They could send somebody out on the nexttrip since we also live on Putnam pike. They hung up on me mid sentence after arguing with me over the phone and wouldn?t listenand talking over me. I will never order from them again!!! Read more
I like the floppy Pizza but I have to order three times the pepperoni to satisfy me but I like the flavor I like the cheese the... pepperoni , unfortunately my last visit was a disappointment we always go to the places we like for consistency we know what ittastes like we know what we like about it but when it doesn't come out right we are very disappointed Read more
Sorry guys, I generally like your pizza, but... Let me preclude this review by saying that I know the quality vs. price debate... before you even think it, so... I get it, but... Keep in mind I already anticipated having to heat everything back up once I gothome. Ok, so I tried the burger - not horrible, but they ignored my request to put all veggie condiments on the side (seephoto). Just threw them on there. Fries didn't even have salt or any seasoning NONE. Doesn't even come with ketchup packets.Lastly, just look at my $5 hot dog (pathetic). Uncooked white onions (can't even see them in the photo that's how little therewere) and pickles. Bun came apart before I even picked it up. No sauce either - DRY. I was going to put condiments on when I gothome. The dog was barely heated up. I could do better for cheaper (and most likely quicker) making it in house. I'm going to dothat next time. PASS ON PAPA'S. I just knew they would screw it up and they still did ANYWAY. DO BETTER PAPA GINO'S. Sad. Thankgod I don't tip for pick up, I'd want my money back. I'm taking a T.O. from Papa Ginos for now. Do better. Be better. It wasabsolutely DEAD in there, even on a Friday. DEAD. No excuses. Maybe after a few months I'll try again, maybe. Doubt it though.Piezonis makes just as good food if not better. In conclusion, I hate seeing people who hate their jobs perform them poorlywith disdain towards the customer who are the ones actually providing them a purpose to have a job in the first place. I haven't been through it Papa Gino's since the old Papa Gino's in Lincoln Mall back in the 70s the pizza was as good as that...
