Ordered a strawberry Sundae and an ice cream cone . When we received it it had been sitting so long it was melted like soup and... my wife couldn't turn it over. My sundae was the same. I brought the ice cream cone back inside and I was offered the excusethat they had been so busy, they were all coming out like that. Seems to me, you should say "I'm sorry the Ice cream is soupy,do you still want it?". I know it's fast food, but we shouldn't have to accept the mediocrity. Where was the manager on duty? Read more
Servers were kind, but the speed of service has declined over time at this location. The drive through is faster. The stalls... take about 20min to get your food. Food was good though Read more
Same old story here. Dont think theres been a single time they haven't screwed up my order! Ordered 3 pretzel dogs. 2 with... ketchup, 1 plain. Pretty simple right? Not for here! She repeated my order back 4 FOUR times and i got 2 hot dogs with ketchupand 1 pretzel dog, ice cold! Ill stick to coming here for shakes or slushies. Food is awful!! Read more
I never do this, but my god it?s awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Bunch of high school kids running it and they were... outside for 90% of the time running through the parking lot with patrons(who I guess were their friends) and taking Snapchatpictures and videos right outside the front door of the building. And the kids that were there visiting their on shift friendswere I kid you not, SCREAMING and running through the parking lot like toddlers while people were driving through or sitting inthe parking spots, me included, waiting to just have our order even taken. We rang the ?press to order? button maybe 10 timesand not a single person answered. We were just watching them talk with the other kids. Very odd. I know when I was in highschool if my friends acted like that where I worked I would be embarrassed. Read more
They ran out of bacon and didn't bother telling us when we ordered. Hamburger looked and tasted like it was rather old. Ordered... hotdog with no onions but got onions. Sweet Tea isn't really sweet Tea but unsweetened tea with sugar dumped in it. We wantedice cream but after that meal we decided it would be best to go elsewhere. Read more
Very poor. We went late night after a concert. One star is too many. Inedible food that had obviously been laying around for a... long time. My partner was sick all the next day from the burger. We will never stop here again. Unfortunate. Read more
Burgers were cold and the fries were over cooked/charred. We were a bit disappointed with our first visit there. Everyone that... we asked about the good at Sonic, raved about it. But, our experience was not the same. Not sure if we'll be going back tothat location again. Read more
I would never go back here! They have kids running this place and thinking it?s okay to treat paying customers however they... want! I ordered two hot dogs and was given 2 packets of ketchup. I kindly asked for more , and said this isn?t enough. I waiteda couple of minutes for them to get already made ketchup- the two kid employees there were joking around and thought it?d befunny to hand me 20 packets of ketchup. I also asked if I could pay for 2 cups of ice and the little girl said ? we don?t sellcups or ice.? I?ve been calling this place since then to let them know about my unacceptable experience and they don?t evenanswer the phone! If I could rate them less than 1 star, I most definitely would! Read more
