I've always been a fan of UNO and always liked this location but after my most recent visit there I'm less then impressed. The... hostess wasn't exactly friendly to begin with and being sat in the bar is great, only there were young kids running around and ababy screaming most of the time. Not really the place to seat that kind of customer. My waitress wasn't very attentive andchecked on us once. Had to get her attention multiple times for a drink refill. Icing on the cake was my fries were stone cold.I didn't complain but this experience was not worth my money. Never had a bad meal or service here up until yesterday. Read more

My wife and I went there approximately 9 PM on a Sunday. Most of the restaurant was empty except the bar area with a younger... crowd occupying most of the booths and stools. We sat in a booth nearby, but separate from them. My meal was good except thatthe burger, which I ordered well done, was burned. I didn't send it back, but wasn't pleased. The server was okay, but seemedrushed. They were cleaning the dining room and the floor was wet, so I was very careful when visiting the rest room. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I've eaten here before and had good experiences. Overall, it's a good place for deep dish pizzaand the like. We had a shared appetizer, two entrées and a dessert. Uno generally is outstanding with food and service! This was the one time that the food was OK but service was not. Our server... also was serving the bar. Our one interaction after being served our food, was him yelling across the bar asking us ifeverything was okay. Not a good visit... came late Sunday night. The waitress told us the appetizers were all half off.so my husband and son ordered... appetizers. The waitress went behind the bar and was talking loudly with a man and told him he was full of Sh&t. The food wasgood. But when we got the bill. The appetizers were full price. When we questioned it. All I miss about UNO! Cooked to perfection. True delight.

Went to Uno to try the Vegan Garden Pizza. It was so delicious. Mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, & more. I should have ordered one... to take home. The other pizzas ordered at our table were a custom Deep Dish Loaded, & BBQ Chicken. The little one in the groupwanted Chicken Tenders with Fries. We all enjoyed our meals. The quality was good. The French onion soup was loaded with cheese and hot. The Mac and Cheese was equally loaded with cheese and deep pan pizza was... excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the lemonade. It was too syrupy and tart. Service was excellent! Read more
