I was having a bad day, and this made it so much worse. To whoever was working during this shift and made my Big Mac on October... 28, around 6:30 PM, this was ridiculous and mean. I understand I customized my burger but it does not mean you ruin my burgerout of spite. I know it's just McDonalds but this is super uncalled for. My burger was not eatable and as you can see from thepictures, my burger was absolutely drenched with onions in each layer and sauce. In addition to that, my bun was also ripped inhalf. If you don't like your job, please quit rather than purposely bringing others down. Read more
This review is for this location only. We normally love McDonald's (at least my kids do), but this location is so slow. We have... stopped coming to this one much simply because we know it can take 20-30 minutes to get our food. Read more

First of all, it?s just McDonald?s. We go there because everything looks and tastes the same as it did 30 years ago. It?s... affordable. My favorite aspect is the employees who show up every day, cook the meals and keep the place maintained for the nextcustomer. These people are working folks. My question would be ?Who else out there if the option was stay unemployed or work ata McDonald?s what would you choose? ?The supervisors are amazing and the food is prepared fresh. Read more
The food was fine. The experience was blah. The floors and tables were filthy. We had to clean off a table to sit at. Not a... single interaction with an employee. Ordered on a kiosk, found a table that needed cleaned. I cleaned it. A women called out ournumber and handed us our food, without another word. The floor was so greasy we could skate on it. I've attached pictures of thefilthy mats at the entrance. It was so impersonal and uninviting I will not go back. I dislike Mcy D's anyway, but needed to getsomething quick and settled for it. Cant give negative stars. Used to be great, but now they dont know their hands from their head. Ive gotten so many screwed up... orders i dont know why i even bother after the first few times. Their prices have gone up so high its not worth the BS or theirawrful customer service. They also wont let me order at the counter, which is not efficient at ALL. McDonalds is one of the biggest fast food chains in the in the world. The service is generally quick and streamlined as one... would expect. It is not without its faults, more often than not I find that my order tends to miss items, not small ones either.I'll miss a burger or a pack of 10pc nuggets mostly. I end up having to circle back around the drive-thru, which is aninconvenience. Other than that the food at McDonalds isn't great, but it works in a pinch. Read more
