The Smithfield Virginia location is great! However the call center that routes calls play start order to Smithfield North... Carolina so our order that was paid for was never received by the Smithfield Virginia store. But they made it a pleasantexperience despite the call center's mistake. Good experience. However, if I could make one suggestion for your competitiveness. For your Papa?s Tracker, you?d be aligned... with the delivery hubs if you?d show driver progression on the map so customers can see when the driver is approaching live.Door Dash and others offer this helpful tool. Love even the cheese pizza, but I order pepperoni. Missed my pepperoni. Next time for sure! Pizza is always good.
Wow. PapaJohns has really gone down hill on the quality. This is the worst pizza, wings and garlic knots that I've ever had. The... food lacks flavor and tastes bland. The toppings on my pan pizza were almost non-existent. Shouldn't a philly steak pizza havesteak on it? I had pieces that had no steak but a ton of veggies. The buffalo wing sauce is thin and tasted watered down. Mygarlic knots were overdone and had little seasoning as well. The price is exceptionally expensive for the quality of theproduct. Even dominos tastes better and I'm not a fan of them either. A shame because the staff works hard and always does agood job and I know the owner of this store personally. Called on a whim...there was a severe snow storm the day before & most businesses were closed. I've ordered from here many times... with either pickup or delivery and always been satisfied. This branch had only opened at 4PM due to the weather. They had only acouple of guys working but still had a great, hot pizza waiting for me when I arrived. Great customer service and hot pizza evenwhen there's a winter storm! Read more
I don't go anywhere else for pizza. This place has always delivered good food and amazing hospitality!! 10/10.
